Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@liftoninc.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

In general, Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc.  accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc.'s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.

Return Guidelines

Returns will NOT be granted for personalized items.

Original Shipping Charges are NOT Refunded on Returned Items.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc. on returned items, and Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

If you send your return via Courier to the address above, and Lifton Business Forms & Promotional Products, Inc. will cover the shipping charge.
